Is ready stock wholesale right for your business?

Ready stock is designed for commercial buyers who need available styles and a clear route to sampling, ordering and replenishment. It is not a personal retail service.

The minimum for a ready stock order is 50 pieces in total. Within that total, buyers can mix styles, colours and sizes. This lets a store or ecommerce seller test more than one style without placing 50 pieces of every single option.

ADMwear does not publish fixed prices or stock quantities on the website. Send the selected products and quantities through the PDF inquiry page or contact the sales team on WhatsApp. Sales will confirm current availability and normally provide a quote within 24 hours.

Start with the product specification

Begin with the ADMwear T-shirt catalogue. Review the product images, SKU, fabric weight, composition, colour options and size information for each style you want to compare.

When you ask for a quote, list the exact SKU or product reference, colours, size breakdown and total quantity. If you are comparing suppliers, keep these fields the same so that the quote is based on the same product scope.

You can also open a sample product detail to review the available product information before preparing an inquiry. Availability is confirmed by sales for the requested quantity and destination.

Use a commercial sample before a larger order

Commercial samples are available for ready stock. The current sample rule is RMB 50 per piece, with shipping paid by the buyer. Sample processing normally takes 1 to 2 days.

Use the sample to check the fit, fabric hand feel, colour, measurements, print or embroidery details and packaging requirements that matter to your market. The ready stock sample rule is separate from the custom development sample rule.

Confirm dispatch timing and shipping responsibility

After payment is confirmed, ready stock is usually prepared and dispatched within 1 to 2 days. During periods of high demand or limited availability, preparation can take up to 5 days. This is the time to prepare and dispatch the order; it is not the international transit time.

ADMwear can ship to a China freight forwarder's warehouse or help arrange international transportation. Freight, customs, taxes and other delivery terms should be confirmed separately for the destination and order.

Include these details in your inquiry

To reduce back-and-forth, include:

• The product SKUs or style references.
• Colours, sizes and the quantity for each option.
• The total quantity and whether you need commercial samples first.
• Your destination or China freight forwarder's warehouse.
• Your target date and any packaging or labelling requirements.

The inquiry page can collect products and quantities into a PDF. You can send that PDF to ADMwear sales for availability confirmation and a quote.

Ready stock and OEM/ODM are separate routes

Ready stock is the faster route for available styles. OEM/ODM is a separate process for a new or modified design. The current custom rules are 150 pieces per style and colour, a prepaid sample fee of RMB 300 to 600, about 7 working days for the first sample, and another 7 working days for a requested revision. The sample fee can be credited according to the confirmed arrangement. Bulk production normally takes 15 to 20 working days after the sample and payment are confirmed.
